The heating system is vital through the colder months, providing heat to the driver and any other occupants of a vehicle.

As with any vehicle component, failures can & do happen. 

One common issue is a blocked heater matrix. If a cooling system isn't regurlarly flushed as per manufacturers recomendations, dirt & debris builds up within the system, resulting in blocked tubes within the heater matrix core.

A leaking heater matrix can be spotted in various ways, including a wet carpet in the footwell, windows misting up on the inside, a fruity or sweet smell and the vehicle using more coolant than usual.

We supply heater matrixes for the majority of cars, vans and trucks on the UK's roads, as well as for buses and 

off highway equipment.

We now supply a replacement heater matrix for the DAF XF Climate Control Unit (OE X-Ref 2255994).

They are brand new units and they are compatible with the original pipes. 

For your convenience, the new matrix is supplied with new o-ring seals and clamps.
